Prices & Taxes

  • All rates are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable state and local taxes.
  • Rates vary by season, day, and availability. Promotions may have blackout dates.
  • Prices exclude gratuities, incidentals, and optional services unless noted.


Payment & Check-In/Check-Out

  • Valid ID and credit/debit card required at check-in.
  • Full payment due at check-in unless prepaid. Incidentals may require a hold.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may incur a fee. Early departures or no-shows may be charged.


No Smoking Policy

  • Hotel 44 North is a 100% smoke-free property.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, balconies, and indoor/outdoor common areas.
  • A cleaning fee of up to $300 may apply for violations.


Traveling with Minors

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Cribs are available upon request (subject to availability).


Accessibility & Special Needs

  • ADA-compliant rooms and facilities available.
  • Please contact us in advance for specific accessibility needs.
  • Subject to availability.


Parking

  • One complimentary self-parking space per room for registered guests.
  • Additional spaces can be purchased at check-in, based on availability.
  • Hotel 44 North is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or contents.
  • Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

Hotel Events

  • Events may affect noise levels or access to common areas.
  • Guests will be notified in advance if events impact amenities.
  • Event bookings are subject to separate terms and cancellation policies.


Dispute Resolution

  • Please report any issues to the front desk or management.
  • Disputes governed by Minnesota law and resolved via arbitration in Winona County.


Use of Personal Information

  • Guest data is used for reservations, billing, and service only.
  • We do not sell or share personal data except as required by law.

Liability

  • Hotel 44 North is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury due to guest negligence or misuse of facilities.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property.


Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).


Third Party Rights

  • These terms apply only between Hotel 44 North and the guest. No third party may enforce them.


Waiver

  • Failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce it later.


Severance

  • If any term is found invalid, the rest remain in full effect.
